simple diet equals a slim stomach.

Hello everyone, I hope you all are good. Well if you ask me I'll say, am supper great. So am on my summer Break, and trust me when I say am enjoying every bit of it.
Today's post is a bit different. If you have been thinking of getting a slim stomach your at the right place.Ok girls, Let's Imagine when you have this perfect gown, that perfectly showcases your body shape, and then "what" you have a bulge on your belly line. How annoying is this.dont say, I know it is.
Well if your the lazy type, like me, that cant deal with work out. Have got something you'll thank me latter for. So these is basically  a diet plan, to slim Down your stomach.

Always have breakfast. This is very necessary, research says combing to cereal together is very effective.

Subtract: Sodium
Put down the shake: Sodium makes you retain water, puffing up your belly. Most of us eat more than twice as much sodium.
Stop salting your food at the table, and check for sodium on the labels of packaged foods, which provide about three-quarters of the daily intake for most women.

 Add: Potassium-rich foods
          Banish bloat with bananas!
Foods such as bananas and potatoes help your body get rid of excess water weight, minimizing your middle.
You can restore your sodium-potassium equilibrium by increasing your potassium intake to an optimum 4,700 mg per day. To do this, you need to eat about 4 1/2 cups of produce daily, including the especially rich sources that are mentioned below.
: 1 medium baked potato with skin, 1 medium banana, 1 medium papaya, 1/2 cup steamed edamame, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, 1/2 cup cooked spinach, 1 medium orange

Next4. Subtract: Sugar alcohols

Watch out for these "diet food" belly busters. We don't completely digest these low-cal sweeteners (found in flavored waters and low-carb, diabetic, and sugar-free foods). Bacteria in the large intestine ferment them, causing gas and even diarrhea.
Good Strategy: Check food labels to help avoid them; common ones are sorbitol, mannitol, xylitol, and lacitol.

Add: More fluids
Guzzle more liquids throughout the day
Drinking enough liquid supports the other ways you're trying to flatten your tummy, says Bonci. "Women who don't drink sufficient fluids can get that blown-up belly feeling, despite all their other efforts to get rid of it," warns Bonci. How much fluid do you need? Getting rid of bloat means being well hydrated, so aim for at least 8 glasses of liquid each day, plus plenty of fluid-rich foods, such as fruits and vegetables. You can meet your quota with any liquid, including water, milk, juice, coffee, and tea—though not alcohol, which has a dehydrating effect on your system.
ordinary water is an excellent option because it has no calories, salt, sugar, or additives.

Subtract: Candy and soda
Avoid these bubble-inducing belly bloaters
Once air from any source reaches your digestive system, you experience it as gas and a distended belly. Eating or drinking quickly, sipping through a straw, sucking on hard candy, and chewing gum can make you swallow air.
Good Strategies: "When eating, chew slowly with your mouth closed," says Bonci. Trade carbonated drinks for flat ones, such as juice or water, and lose the gum and candies.

Add: Probiotic yogurt
Enjoy this cool, creamy treat for better dugest.
Eat a daily 4-ounce container of low-fat or fat-free yogurt.

Remember a girl hasn't got the perfect body shape, until she has a slim bikini line and perfect abs. So, start your week with this effective tips, and go out feeling very confident.
         Kisses.

Casual corporate look

today's post is basically for my guy viewers and probably for my single girls(wink) Any way I love what his wearing, its what I would call "a casual corporate look". I must say, I love a good looking guy, one who dresses impeccably. P.S I hate the "bling bling concept" I think its so high school.
I love it when guys  try to blend casual plus corporate, I love what he did, and I think he did a good job. I love the colour concept he adopted, I love his shoes, in fact I love everything.
So to my bling guys,I think it's high time you drop the concept, and adopt a causal yet corporate look, and am sure the girls would give in. And to my girls already eyeing my freind here I would make it easy and give you his IG handle @mooranu . His a really cool person.
So to my guys, go out and look more dapper than ever. I hope I did ok, am not to familiar with guys fashion, but least am trying hun. Anyway thenks for stopping by to view my blog. I love you all. Kisses.
Stay tuned for my next post.

Black is elegant

A big hello to all my fabulous dolls and my dapper looking guys. I must say am sorry it took me a while to post, I have been caught up in school work that It takes a huge part of my time. Also a big thank you for everyone who commented and encouraged me, you made my day blithe.
It's funny how am so in love with black and think it's elegant. I was going for an event last week and I decided to wear my  "supposed elegant colour"

Okay,  so one major tip, always put a  detail of gold or a pop of colour, this will give a better look than just wearing black alone.

Here, I used a gold detailed belt, and nude shoes so I don't dress to down. You can also use a chunky neck piece with a pop of colour to make it look more defined.

   Bye..
